because it would cause a surplus in items in circulation, and they cannot take away the items from the scammer because he may have sold them to innocent people, also if you press the trade button, its your fault (says so in trade info stuff) so yes, it does suck, which is why the ONLY people who are safe to transfer with are the chieftains/generals of the most powerful and respected clans on your server, as scamming would both ruin their rep and destroy their clan

LOL i was scammed because i never gave my pass but somone took all my stuff
