Loading delay

Is there a way to get out of this screen when there is a loading delay?
Workaround for beginners:
Don't panic first
Do not reconnect quickly after the connection is terminated.
If this screen persists, I waited for more than 15 minutes I'm connecting.
Or, create another account and access it, and then access the account you wanted to access at first.
