Ok, druids do least damage, and have least damaging skills. Lets fix that. I present to you a skill called avatar where basically the druid duplicates itself so you have a shimmering reflection of you. Basically it can't cast any spells, but if you attack a target it also attacks with it's weapon. It dies under any contact with damage (the boss can also target it), and lasts for a minute. However, it should take 1/4 of current energy as otherwise it may be over powered. This would make the leveling for druids much faster, but still not faster than other classes.
