Haste gloves bugged

My haste gloves are very buggy. Sometimes when I log in and attack a mob I notice that my attacks are very slow, so I unequip my offhand and re-equip it quickly (no change to main hand weapon) and suddenly my attack speed double because the gloves are working again. I also have the same issue in reverse. For example, I'm fighting a Druid with a quickblade and want to switch to a knuckleblade halfway through to interrupt heals, but when I do, my attacks actually slow down ( becaus changing equipment seems to switch my haste gloves on and off even bough they remain equipped).
Is anyone else having any issues like this?

I was actually going to report this myself, it even happens when I use a haste elixir, it's so slow, so I uniquip my weapon, re-equip and the speed adjusts to how it should be. This bug needs to be fixed.

Hey thanks for reporting this.
Although the actual effect will still be working it's just the display of it that will not be showing up correctly.
Thanks!

I also noticed this when I unequip my speed boots for Meteoric - seems to make my attack speed a lot slower.
Thanks for clearing that up admin, nice to know its not actually effecting my dps.
Also, I have been using Super Combo Elixers, and I was fighting a kelpie, and hit it for 300+ autos 3 hits in a row, and no damage came off, then continued to hit and the kelpies health started going down again. Not a major problem, but a waste of 3 or 4 hits on a Super Combo Elixer.. Could be the difference between an extra 17k xp :p

This is correct. I noticed this as well, but if you watch the numbers, they appear as frequent as they should, but are not in unison with the movement and strikes of the character.
So to clarify, the monster is receiving the correct amount of damage that should be happening, but the character isn't visually swinging at the same speed as the damage output.
