I have heard that the quest is not yet completed.

However, if it is, then I believe you need to complete "The Test" quest that requires you to kill the 6 star bosses of the other world. It makes sense to me because if it has to do with levels, I have a level 133 warrior in my clan who cannot start the quest. And we have not completed "The Test" yet.

Completed The Test but not high enough to see if it's available yet. Level 117.

I completed the Test and im 138 it has nothing to do with that The test quest is for future content- the quest hasnt been patched yet - admin said theyr adding new effects onto the armor thus the delay. It should be out next patch - the Lvl requirement is most likely 100. Here's what he said when i asked about it:

We are looking to add some extra features to it like stopping lava damage and other things so that's why we delayed slightly to boost up the powers.

Should be worth the wait as it will be more useful.

We are looking at various effects that will help for example:

weapon proc dragon bane
feet stop lava damage
chest stops dragon breath damage
hands add cold damage
legs resist fire
etc

Yep it's lvl 100 and each piece can be upgraded separately.

We are currently putting the finishing touches to the items by adding a unique effect to each piece, the quest will be enabled in the next patch.

so u need to be lvl 100 dont have to got the test completed?
And those effects sounds really cool (any data for patch yet?)

Its blue, and looks like warden. Why would you expect it to look like crystal gear?
