How do I increase the abilities that I got from statues?

I did some of "The Favor of" quests, and I have NO idea how to increase them. They are: Fortitude, Willpower, Reflex and one other one. What do I do to increase them?

These are all reaction based skills, once your fighting mobs that cast spells or use skills, you'll see them start to raise.

Wisdom elixers and fight monsters lol. They go up slooooow.
