Today we killed ythar sunscale and the whole fight long we had some one of another clan (which is not able to kill him at all!) taunting it and then run away trying to reset it and make us lose the boss.
This didnt happen cause we had someone in aggra spot whole time.
I find this really annoying it messed our fights and ppl do it only to annoy...
It shouldn't be so easy to run away with a boss when you're not even fighting it.

Maybe make it harder to get aggro when not fighting from the start?

Doesn't mean ks is harder but harder to get the boss attack you (well thats what i mean )

Isn't it amazing how something is funny when you (or your friends) are doing it to orther people, but annoying and game ruining, when others try to do it to you?

Your clan's warriors have been casting taunt and running around since days after it was created. They LIKE that this works.... Maybe you ought to get a whiff of public opinion before you post.

Ye someone was trying to do that in our world aswell got really annoying making everything even more laggy aswell

I'll tell yah one thing trajedy, as far as I have seen or heard in my clan or yours, we have NEVER reset a boss you guys were doing. I think it was yesterday or the day before where you guys reset sunscale while we were almost halfway done.

I agree with you completely. It is very frustrating when you are engaged with something and someone (or a group of people) come and mess with it for the sake of messing with it. Very frustrating indeed.

So I hope you can now understand what it is like when you encourage others to KS us, or when you use other people's accounts to listen in on our clan chat, or when your clan uses our push codes to find out what bosses we are fighting. Sucks, ya?

As for the actual situation you encountered, I don't know who was messing with the dragon. It obviously wasn't us you are talking about because we can kill it. I dunno... noobs being noobs?

I guess I just hope you take from this and turn it into a learning experience. You have the choice of two paths now: 1. realize what it feels like and remember what it will feel like for others if you do the same; 2. continue to encourage KSing, spying, and boss glitching.

I just hope you chose the former. It makes for a calmer server.

I haven't heard any clan chatter about us doing that to you either. I am sure it's been attempted both directions, though. (let's not pretend either clan is innocent of harassing the other whenever possible)

The fact that you say it's been successful proves that it not only can happen, but can be forced to happen, and someone ought to consider doing something about it.

If I understand the problem, a group is fighting a dragon when an "ethically questionable" person from a rival clan taunts the dragon, then runs away. This causes the dragon to chase, then reset.

Well, looks the band-aid solution would be rooting scrolls. If we root the beast, then it can't run no matter who taunts aggro away.

I dislike this as it causes us to watse more money... money that should be spent on idols etc. OTM really needs to fix the issue of a solo taunter being able to glitch the boss.

However, the root could lessen the tension between the clans, since it would ensure that the dragon stays put.

I post this here for one simple reason: information is power. If we all realize and acknowledge that the fighting group may be using scrolls to root the boss, the whole misplaced motivation to annoy the other clan should decrease. After a few fights of these punks (from all sides) unsuccessfully trying to taunt and run, they will give up.

Your clan ks and our clan ks, we both do that leave it at ksing. Dont get to the point of boss reseting or am i the only one who cares about plat burning (ON MY FRIENDS) for nothing

Not on yr server, but maybe just keep bolas on it all the time so you can get aggro back before it is out of range? Have your tank save his bash too? Dunno. Sucks.
