Celtic Heroes

Hello,

I saw a savage great axe in my inventory wich displays 48 crushing damage and 54 slashing damage and 4500 attack speed. It was worth 76 at the npc. The total of 102 damage with the 4500 attack speed seems extremely rare and high to me. Is this the best weapen of gwydion? (since i know the strongest playerd dont have weaps like this) or is it sum bug like the cruel rondel?
