i m already lvl 20 and how come i cant go to the otherworld??? I've seen lvl 2s in there.

yeah! richard, you have never been to the other world before. lvl 2 cannot go there. also, you can't solo agraoth. even some lvl 100s can't.

I think Richard is joking. How could he have seen level 2's in otherworld if he's not there? I doubt he's friends with hackers that bypassed level requirement and quest lol
