I just had to post on here just how excited I am that support restored my deleted lv 77 warrior named Arlia on world server Rhionnon. Support you worked quickly with my case and I'm ecstatic to have Arlia back! I could kiss all of you! Lol. Thank you very much. Your hardwork and dedication is appreciated by so many people including myself. Thank you once again and I look forward to kicking some ass with Arlia again.

Support is amazing! They helped me recover a deleted character that I left lux items on, in just a matter of hours. the character was deleted 3 months ago and they still were able to track it down

Yes no one can say support doesn't do their job. They certainly work hard and get the job done fast.
