The level of feedback we get from OTM as a game dev is amazing.

Don't forget they have other projects too.

Admin was just responding to posts last night. Even If they don't respond doesn't mean they haven't read it. We are a community of thousands and they are a small development team. Stuff is going to get overlooked ocassionaly, I'm a forum goddesses and I can't even read them all. I think the admins do a great job on our forums. The fact that they even read what's written here goes leaps and bounds beyond other game developers that I've known of. Games with vastly greater recourses and manpower than this one don't spend a fraction of the time interacting with their player communities as this games team does.

I'm going to give Brian the benefit of the doubt on this, and suggest that he was making a sarcastic post.

I am guessing he is actually taking a stab at all the whiners who post a problem in Support, and also send an in-game ticket, then come back to Support to ask why it is taking so long.

I think the "wake up wake up," plus the reference to the weekend means he was joking.

I hope I am right on this.

In hindsight, I agree. No way he could've been serious about it, lol.

I find that admin doesn't visit the forums much during the weekend, and he shouldn't be expected to. He has a life after all. However what's ironic is that the forums are very active during that time and a lot of posts are being pushed down, and so it would seem OTM is ignoring most of the posts. When Monday comes along, only the most active threads are on the first page and the new posts that day, making the rest of the posts since Friday as cyber junk.

We're always here, always watching, always reading....

Actually, that sounds just a wee bit creepy.

I wouldn't worry about posts which get pushed off the first page. I for one definitely check all the posts which are marked as having new content in them, and make sure any important ones are brought to the attention of the team.
