World Transfer?

I was curious as to if there's a possibility that you could take all your toons and items and move to different world without the world transfer with other player thing in the new update
People don't want free world transfers (for some odd reason).
I guess they like the cabin fever or just don't care that some people have it. Maybe they like being forced to play with people who may or not be obnoxious.
