So ya, I still have never "liked" their page. Its because I never really found anything to like about it. It seems really kiddish and corny. Also they post images of concept art and screenshots, which unless they are item screenshots I couldn't care about them.

So why should I like it?

Well they posted about the release date on facebook a couple days ago and my friends that have them liked on facebook got a notification so they knew before me. I'm not used to that since I am active on the forums and am usually the one who knows everything first.

Also they posted server downtime on facebook, which again, would have been nice to get a notification of.

But if its going to be a useful post like this once in a blue moon I would rather not like it so I don't get all the spam posts and associate myself with a corny feeling facebook page.

Well ahem it keeps u updated more, they post images of new mobs or like new events soon before they post it on forums, also alot of ppl comment on Facebook and discuss more than they do on the forums

Ya I don't care about pictures of new mobs or events and things like that. And the discussion seems much more random and not worth my time.

But ya my girlfriend likes the facebook page so I can see where your coming from, it just seems tuned towards kids.

The problem comes when they give facebook more info than the forum.

Because us mature members are accustomed to forums having everything their is to know so it is a blow if the forums isn't kept up

i still havent got platinum for the 5 classes of characters ive lvled up to (lvl range): 88-144..... am supposed to get platinum for that. all i did was expose myself to family and friends that dont wanna see that kind of activity -__-

Lol I hear ya. I don't even remember how you get the plat. Like them on facebook and do something else I can't remember but leveling has nothing to do with it as far as I know.

You receive Platinum for the first level you post on Facebook from your account.

After that, to receive more Platinum for posting a level you need to have more Facebook friends then when you first posted.

never got any plat from facebook, only from twitter

From i know is u have to lvl and have more friends then the previous lvl so if ur lvl 5 and have 5 fb friends then lvl 6 u have to have more then 5.

should have been more detailed that that. i didnt read those details anywhere before i logged in on facebook...why else would i want to post my level achievements other than proof that its me to other CH players, or for my own records of when i lvled or for hopes of free platinum. people in the game can see my level...
