What is CH's future?

#1
Think what they have done is going to be their downfall or is life going to continue?

That would suck for the players that invest their time and money in the game. Or are we just overreacting? I was told that when you get to level 60 each class shows it's true pvp potential. Their true strength comes out and it determines actually how easy and hard a class is to level. (sides for druids)

druid is easiest class to level in my opinion. the fact that they do not have to damage the mob means they have more group potential. I started at level 90 grouping with 130 - 140.. I did this till I was 140. Now at my current level I am grouping with people in the 160s and 170s...as well as people my own level. No other class has that ability.

to answer your question... people are over reacting... which is usual when change happens... it will die down... and this game will continue to grow.

and lastly, after 60 does not show which class has more strength/power/leveling ability/PvP ability.... it shows which players are dedicated to the game, no matter their class.

Level 60 is no indicator of PvP potential... knowing game mechanics and each classe's strengths and weaknesses is more of a factor.

As elvra stated, it'll die down. People get ticked at certain changes, some intended and some not.. but it'll die down. If OTM continues to work hard and cater to the "majority" then the game will continue to do well.

They are not going to keep higher level players whom from what I see make up a significant amount of thier income.

Making constant mechanics changes in sweeping updates every few months dosent just make people complain it makes them spend less money and quit for more stable games.

Maybe they can make a living off newbs under lvl60 who then quit but if I was OTM I'd fix it now then not fk with the game anymore. I'd only add new areas and content which will make the most players happy.

Just a quick update on our current plans for the future. First we are launching the new engine with much better graphics, character models, android support etc, then focus a lot on more variety of things to do like fishing, mining, woodcutting, blacksmithing, fletching and other crafting, games in tavern etc, then launch the tower zone and clan battlegrounds, and add in more core features like auction house, pets, mounts etc.

Will Android play on same servers as iOS? like we can play with people using an Android device? I know some cross OS systems have separate servers...

We will most likely launch on different servers then in future look to allow moves between iOS and android servers and let all devices play together.
