IM TRYING TO GET ONTO THE GAME THROUGH MY IPHONE AND WHEN I LOG IN IT TAKES ME TO THE WORLD SELECT SCREEN. WHEN I HIGHLITE TARANIS AND CLICK PLAY IT TRIES TO CONNECT FOR A SECOND AND THEN GOES BACK TO AVAILABLE STATUS. PLEASE HELP IF THE WORLD IS BACK UP AND RUNNING

double click the home button and X out all of your apps

then try and restart the game

Could you try turning the device on and off.

If that still doesn't solve the problem please delete and reinstall

IF I CLICK BACK FROM WORLD SELECT SCREEN IT BRINGS ME STRAIGHT INTO THE LOGIN PAGE. ITS THE ONLY 2 SCREENS I CAN GET

TURNING OFF THE PHONE AND TURNING IT BACK ON WORKED PERFECTLY ..THANK YOU BOTH FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP

Hi did you try turning the device on and off?

If that doesn't work then try connecting to a different wifi connection, one of those should sort your issues.
