Are the ones affected by this lvling glitch going be able to keeps the lvls, seems only fair since ther peeps got keep loot from mord useing glitch

The levelling was a bug - players know you don't level from 1 mob at a time in usual circumstances, those who continued to kill mobs and level with this bug will be returned to their original states.

May i ask the difference between a bug and a glitch? Was the mord glitch not a bug and used as abuse of it also?
