Im upset with your response to transfer my platinum from one server to another. Platinum bought was supposed to be used on any server. I bought a android phone to play your game knowing platinum i had can transfer across servers. I understand android and iOS are currently not cross connected, and you would need to manually deduct and apply between my accounts. I need this done to continue my play on andriod. Please dont disregard me, im a long time player, tester, and plat buyer. Thanks

But seriously, when platinum is bought, it is kept on the account. Since Android and IOS are not connected, your IOS account wouldn't work on Android. So the platinum is not valid. Yes, the platinum can be used on any server, but there is a world wide gap between Android and IOS. While I think it might be possible for OTM to remove the plat on your IOS account, and put it on your Android account, I'm not sure they actually can. Plus, there is probably something in the rules about moving items between accounts being illegal (and yes, platinum is an item, albeit the only cross server one).
So while I feel sorry for you that you didn't think ahead, there isn't much that can be done about it I'm afraid.
