No, they aren't good for anything because attack speed affects skill cast time.

We have a guy that levels with a ymir hammer. It's faster to watch paint dry than see him swing that hammer.

Every time I see something Ymir it puts a tear to my eye XD like that used to be my go to dirk when I was lvl 35-100 they are awesome for low lvl pvp accs:)
