Where do you get this quests and at what level? I can't seem to find it.

Where did you saw this quest?you know it drop or anything else? I mean are you sure it exist? If you have it can you ss or is it someone who talked to you about?

Level 176. Sentinel Something-or-Other at the Vision of Misery leystone on the Bridge of Despair. The preceding quest is Sgt Brass at level 174, and then Bloodclaw before him at level 172.

You need 176 its a quest to next room in tower you can get it at the Sentinental at bridge and first 172 u do a boss than 174 u do a boss than 176 u do artemis and can enter second floor
