is there a device that is like an ipod but for android that can play ch? cause my little brothers ipod is outdated and he wants to be able to play on some servers as me. he would get a tablet but i am wondering if there is anything smaller that isnt a phone, but like an android ipod.

I don't think there really is now that I think about it.

Smallest Android device I have seen that is not a phone is a 7" Tablet.

Could possibly just buy a cheap Android phone without a sim?

You can get some pretty cheap tablets these days though if that is an option.

A older note device is an excellent option. Samsung makes a new one every year so they depreciat in value quickly but are still waaaaay over built. Find a note 3 or 4 for sell. They are way more powerful than even newer knockoff android devices.

All you really need to do is order a android phone that is compatible with verizon service. take it to verizon, tell them your little brother wants to use it as an ipod and they'll throw a sim apple in there that doesnt service but will allow the device to connect to the internet. you can find a refurbished droid razr max or samsung galaxy s4 for cheaper than an ipod. s4 might be a little more than razr maxx.

Why don't you go with a note, it is the only option you have. They really launch good devices every years with fantabulous features.
