I stumbled upon this while I was training, and was wondering what he is for?

just a gold boss, but tbh we need him to spawn 5 and 6 star for some lowbies to fight and get loot.
also if u reset him he doesnt just warp back he does some cool actions ._.

Expanding the quest line ?!? Awesome. It gets a bit dismal after shalemont. One quest every 5 levels

Actually it's an all new quest line. It's pretty epic to be honest. There's a lot to do in it, a good variety of quest types, and a couple different bosses. It also expands a lot on the storyline behind the game. I think it will be a great extension of the Shalemont quests.

At lvl 122 am I going to have to start a new character to be able to pick up and enjoy this extended quest line?

Nope. I was doing it in beta as a level 220 ranger. It's better as a new character because you get more xp for the quests, but you can do it at any level and still experience the storyline.

I'm not sure. I wasn't able to finish it before the beta servers went down. I was still farming faeries for perfume bottles
