Why can't OTM play normal level 220 characters rather than immortal level 500 ones with a nuke skill? Maybe we would have more realistic testing in beta.

Most of the time we are not testing in Beta just providing help with questions or handing out items, we only really use 500s in special circumstances

All in house testing is done on a variety of characters and levels rest assured.

Guilty here! It's people like me always dropping quest armor accidentally (yes it is possible for people like me! I'm talented) and asking for help from support that keep them all super busy. I'm sure we could craft our own auction houses and fly around a limitless realm on our truly aerial beast mounts by now if they spent all that time developing. Sorry!
