Where is Heroic Ammy of Rejuvination?

Can anyone tell me where heroic ammy of rejuv is sold now? If it is supposed to be Shale (where the other heroic ammies are), then there is a bug; it does not show up in the list.

It is not a master crafted amulet rather than a heroic rejuvenate and is 180k instead of 200k.

Ok, guess I found it. It is called Heroic Amulet of Vigor.
Same stats as Heroic Amulet of Rejuvination, BUT........they put a level req on it (35). Bummer! It would be worth the extra 20k to have an ammy that can be used by new toons.
