I believe Design changed it due to players stockpiling quest prerequisites and simply handing in the quest at the board.

Seasonal and Elite have a 100% drop of a token and a higher chance of rarer compared to standard.

Elites will give you more XP and gold due to their challenge.

.
So what? It's the same effort, no? if they spend time collecting the items before they even get the quest, how's the effort different?
I understand some of the items are tradeable but really shouldn't punish players for being proactive.

Even some regular bounty quests that take could take up to an hour to do give low xp and no tokens. That should be fixed as well (The Fugitives/Spy Hard/Gaze or Glaze/Foresight Denied just to name a few).

Events use to be fun you would get a guaranteed lix or heck a rare item. Now it has a chance of a rare token or might just let you buy a resto? O.o

That's such a lie, I got an ostara today and guess what... no token! Thankfully I got a purple one a couple bounties later, is the guaranteed token something to be fixed Monday aswell? Considering it's hard to find an ostara bounty I guess it'll just blow over and I won't get that token eh?

Thanks for the feedback, I'll pass that onto Design.

Do you have the names of any of these quests for our QA Team?

I've gotten more tokens from regular bounties than Elites.

Also the bounties requirements have been increased. We now have to kill 7-10 mobs in certain areas, sometimes having to wait for hours for the correct ones to spawn.

Also, ALL Dragoncult bounties are much too hard. Expecting level 130-150 players to run all the way to Aggy spawn, surviving Magma Golems, Wyverns, and Horses, and then kill 10 Cultists who have INSANE aggro range- All without dying- is hell.
Some people cannot afford Idols, and if they die they have to run all the way back to Aggy, kill a few cultists, and die again.
It doesn't help that the quest where you have to kill seven (7!) Dragoncult Acolytes is not elite. These cultists will ONLY spawn within the group of Wyverns who crowd around Aggy- making it impossible for people to kill without Amazing Lux, Idols, pots, lixes, or a huge group.

Some of these bounties are asking too much of players. On my 145 toon I will abandon almost all Dragoncult Bounties due to their difficulty. And from what I hear, this trend continues through until end-game.
