Rare Mobs

Where would some of the rare types of mobs spawn which has gear or just gold for a low level? I'm in a great clan and they can help, I just want/need to know where to look for some rare spawns. Mainly looking for spawns in Lirs, Fingal's Cave, Shalemont and Stonevale.

They spawn all over stonevale, mainly in the nortgwestn higher level part. In shalmont, there are defectors, and I know of one rare mob which spawns just north of the coldseer ruins in shalmont, a connacht soldier holding a 55 dmg battle skewer. Only seen it twice, but in the same place.
