Servers down? Mystery Solved!

One of our brilliant field reporters appears to have sniffed out why the world servers seem to be going down so often.
Turns out, in an effort to save money, OTM had been running the world servers on public Library internet access kiosks.
It seems the internet session on these computers expires after 30 minutes, requiring another Library patron to renew the session.
OTM employees have been trading off shifts to go to the library and keep the internet session alive.
Occasionally, in the wee hours of the night, an employee falls asleep on the way to the Library, resulting in a temporary outage.
