Depends on your play style.
When you group up with guys and just follow and heal them you should go for a high focus build and at your level use meditate because i think you don't got heroic regen items yet.
When you try to solo kill mobs you should go for 1000 healt and use ambundance try get 20 dex just to not get interupted whole time and maybe a bit strenght when you hit with your totem but when you go pure magic use no strenght.
I would say grouping up is alot easier but i dont know if you can find a partner everytime you want to train.
When you go solo make sure to first gain storms touch anduse that and lightning and vines
I'm a group lvl druid I have 1000hp because of lava you don't want to die all the time and as a druid in boss fights you can cause aggro to mobs and boss if either attk you, you will not be dead in one hit in most cases
Strength is not completely useless for Druid if your a dps Druid because Druids use crushing damage which is a physical damage. The only class that strength is useless for is Mage as mages use no physical damage. Only reason people think its useless for Druids is because Druids have no skills that are improved by strength but if u want to make a damage druid than adding strength is not a bad thing. Personally I don't use strength for my druid. But What stats are good for your Druid really depends on what kind of Druid u plan on making. There are some good posts on the subject if you look through this forum.
