Re: The worst screw up a Druid can do

I kinda disagree. I used to agree with you. But Fettle's DEFINATELY nerf your abilities...but that said..you can't turn them in for any worthwhile Exp past like lvl 35.. So you have plenty of time to slowly grind up your abilities the rest of the way.

Ability scores mean so much less than they used to.. Sure missing a ton of ability will nerf yer spells, but not tremendously. And just by constant use you will level your abilities faster than you level, so every level, every 10pts gained, you will most likely gain 15-20 points. Given enough time you will recover.

If your heals are truly awful I would check yer build...check yer focus...sink the DEX and STR and focus on a ratio of Focus:Vitality.

It also depends on what heal you are talking about. I should think that your Touch (nature Magic) should move up rather quickly, because you potentially increase it with Lightning, Bark, Vines, and Storm (if you have it yet).

If you mean your Bandage Wounds heal, which uses First Aid, then you can expect to have a low heal... leveling First Aid is a pain in the arse, because it uses three skills you might not use that often. At level 93 I have a pathetic 250 First Aid score... (I wish I had time to play during the double wisdom weekend).

As Tea said, if you mean Touch, and you still have a low heal, check your stats, and also your skills. If you don't have many points in Touch, you might consider upping it, or picking up some plus Touch rings.

edit: ps - what is your heal, btw?
