By the way, incinerate is an amazing boss skill. But at your level you need to weigh down your survivability and DPS.
Incinerate may give initial DPS, but if you don't have an eshield, you may die very fast and lose your attune which will mean a big DPS decrease for you. If you have a tank for your bosses, by all means use incinerate. If you find yourself having aggro most of the time, then stick with eshield.
