Just to say i may be wrong i might not be but, if u look at the items he has listed, u can see that most of them either adds skill pts to ice shards or adds dmg to it... If u add up all the skill pts the items add to ice shards, it equals out to be about +45... And if u had a maxed ice shards 40/40... If u would equip all these items, u would have about 85/50 ice shards:) + all the items adding dmg, so therefore, its possible getting a lvl 85 shards unless OTM made a skill point cap!

There is a skill cap... At 50.
