What is the first mage warden weapon? Where do you get the disc fragments? I have heard the Otherworld is where they drop but if I'm level 50 how do I get there?

Wand of the Silver Moon. Disc fragments can be bought, or drop off stonevale bosses. Not otherworld. Gotta be level 60 for otherworld. Speak to Piranus the Mad in farcrag, located near where the old crookback charm merchant used to be.
