I have traveled from Florida to London. I arrived at 7 and slept from 8-8:30 i went to sleep at 10:30 and did not wake until 15:40 it is now 01:55 in the morning and i cant sleep, any help? Im 11

I experience this a lot when visiting family in another country, watch all the movies you've ever wanted and eat lots of sugary foods, have fun and dont care about jet lag, cuz then you will have fun and reality will sense that and try to end it lol

I just sleep till I wake up and keep doing that everyday, slowly readjusting till it's normal again.

Lol i was visiting florida i live in guildford, near london
