Celtic Heroes

Out of curiosity, I just wanted to post a thread to take a small survey and see how people responded. Why do you personally play celtic heroes? What do you seek to get out of it? Sure, its just a video-game, but you could of stuck with any other video game. What draws you to play, and keep playing, Celtic Heroes? Why is it fulfilling to you?

To me, this game offers teamwork and friendship that is hard to find in any other game. You don't get this team-based experience killing bosses with your entire clan playing any other MMO. This game is entirely unique to me, and the encounters I've had with different people have brought me to realize a lot of things about myself as a person.

Why does Celtic Heroes draw you in?

Celtic Heroes is a game for teamwork and friendship, trading with other people, examining them, it's a great way to bring people together.

For the most part, it is the people i meet in the game that provides me entertainment and fun and keeps me coming back.

I like the game its graphics are amazing and it's not hard to be a big part of the game as a player. You can propose ideas and the creators listen they interact with the public witch is a huge plus to me.

I wanted to get a game, but my wife didn't want me to "waste" money. This was the best looking free mmo out there. It had no fee to download and no subscription charge. So since my wife consented I downloaded it and loved it. I wake up earlier than my family, especially on weekends. With Celtic Heroes I can grab the iPad and play it muted on the couch for a couple hours without waking anyone up. Also, my wife likes that it doesn't have scantily clad women around every corner or on the loading screens. I have since bought platinum since it's now the only videogame I play, but the original lack of a price tag is what allowed me to get it in the first place. It's a fun, easy interface with lots of different people to chat with, and plenty of stuff to kill.

I play many other video games/mmos, but Celtic Heroes is far by my favorite. First of all, the whole design of this game is amazing, it is not copied from other games, but has its own unique style. Pretty much the same thing u said, but Celtic Heroes is a game for teamwork and friendship, trading with other people, examining them, it's a great way to bring people together. As I said, many people in Celtic Heroes have also become friends with me in real life. It is much better than single-player games. U can join different clans, kill bosses together, and collaborate with other players, learn about them, and explore the amazing world of Celtic Heroes...

I know this game isnt copied i dont mean to burst anyones bubble but the game called "Minions Of Mirth" has the same concept of this game except its on PC but its money system is more complex if you looked the game up or saw a video of the game you probably could see what im getting at. but nevertheless this game is one of the best games in the app store next to modern combat 3 in my opinion. But the game concept has already been made in other games but you guys did make a good job making this game to the apple devices.

Initially, it was because it's a role-playing game. I've mostly been playing rpgs on pc, then playstation, xbox360, and when i got ipad2, it was only reasonable that i check out roleplaying games as well. I found dungeon2, aralon, order and chaos, and of course Celtic Heroes. Found pocket legends too and another mmo that i cant remember the title. Most got me bored too early in the game, not so with CH. not because of gameplay or story. (too short a story it provides)

For the most part, it is the people i meet in the game that provides me entertainment and fun and keeps me coming back. I remember having a separate character which i didnt tell my clanmates..it was a lot of fun teasing them.. it was months before i finally told them. Around a month after update 2 i think. Great memories. Hahahaha.

But nowadays, more and more players are becoming like robots. Too focused solely on levels, getting as many tablets, remnants, and whatnots to garb their multiple characters and basically killing themselves and getting into fights with other clans or players. After which they get bored and stop playing. Like a lvl 100 i knew. I hope things get better with update..but i doubt it. (am i too pessimistic? )

At first it was because of was just another MMO that I could actually play on the go. But after establishing a title moving up through the ranks it was the people that kept me playing. Eventually I did take a 2 month break but i kept in touch with alot of the people from in the game got to know them.and they brought me back.

I spend alot of money to support this game now cause i say whole heartily that I love it. Ive always loved video games even though I'm still young I hope to further a car rear with onethumb! I've started that process I've had a chance to beta test the game and I'm.hoping that ill get a chance at an In-Game Moderator position or global moderator on the forums.

When i first discovered CH back in june, i had gotton my xbox360 that same day, i guess the thing that got my hooked was how nice everyone was the clans, concept, etc. But most people are rude now and the game for me personally has shifted, hopefully i find the inner me that couldnt put this game down like before.

Well... Im in love with rpg's especially if they are mmo's. So when I found Celtic Heroes I was a little rocky with it in the beginning but months later I can't get enough of it. I agree with many others that say the pwoplw bring them back because without my bud DubNinja(Morrigan) I would have stop playing long ago. And now that lvling takes 2weeks per lvl I do nothing but talk and kill bosses.

Love all the feedback, and it seems that one of the most popular reasons are the "friends" that are made within the game. That makes sense, since Celtic Heroes is pretty much entirely dependent on the social aspect when it comes to clan and top-tier armor.
