Celtic Heroes

I'm a lvl 190 ranger and my bolas is maxed and goes to about 210 I believe and I've never used it on anything higher then lvl 190 boss wise, yet over the corse of the last week or so I've noticed a drastic increase in the number of invades a boss has when I bolas it, some bosses I can cast 10 times and I might get 3 out of the 10. This isn't just aggravating for me but for the people I'm bossing with. Has anyone else noticed this, I would say it happens most in carro

Bolas hits fine in carrow for me. It is bad on edl 210 and aweful on edl 215 tho
