I cant find the guy to kill

You have to kill Lockjaw the Jailer I believe. You have to kill the Lockjaw henchmen with yellow names that walk around in a circle to get him to spawn. Here's an old post to help you:

So the green line is the guarding route of both "Lockjaw the Jailer" and "Lockjaw's Henchman".
The red spot is the spawn point for both
The Cross is the recommended spot to wait for Lockjaw, as there are no mobs in there that will interfere during your battle.

Note: Remeber you will have to kill 6-10 times the Henchman before Lockjaw actually appears, be patient!!!

  - Light Heal
  - Lastly Camouflage if you have enough points

At level 150 I would get DragonLord gloves which are much better, but regardless you have to consider the huge armour loss and lack of resistance on these before swapping out meteoric/heroic gloves/frozen gloves for them.
