Does steady work with spear? No idea. Does anyone actually *play* a spear ranger???
Sometimes I think some skills are only put in there to bulk out drop tables. Y'know, so we have to sit through 8 royal skewer rings before we get a light heal or somesuch.

Lol. There are some spear rangers and steady doesn't work with a spear.

Light heal is still useful, but I prefer if it was a faster cast...

The problem with bolas isn't the ranger. During raid bosses a few rogues at least need to use expose in order for Bolas to hit a lot.

Also....spear rangers...like stated cant use steady, lose skills like sharp shot, barbed, basically all ranger dmg skills...to add pure insult to injury dl quiver cant be used with spear....unlike other classes dl offhand

And of course other classes can use skills...giant swing works with spear or whatever a warr uses. Sneak and shadow work with weapon regardless.

As far as rogues using expose the mobs avoid rates were increased. I have no doubts. I've had several 5 avoid in a row boss encounters which *never* happened prior to the last patch. Im convinced otm nerfed bola again.

I forgot to mention the ranger dl offhand!

Ok...get this...adds dmg but only vs bosses....fair enough...all dl offhands add vs Devine so whatever. But when a ranger uses the quiver he/she has to actually give up dex! Thus all skills suffer...since all dex based. It gets worse. Quiver is a solo bonus only, does not help group or add group buff and if you die...well you wasted the 15 seconds of wonder cause dying wont reset the cooldown.

Look at the ranged etc...should not miss as badly as it does...im gonna retire him and use my warr
