Why did you make light heal more interruptable, its about as interruptable as nature's touch.
Why did you give rapid shot a fixed cooldown? The cooldown should gradually icrease with the points assigned to it, so as to not have it on all the time, but at the same time make it worth putting points in to. At the moment, you either max the skill (even then the 1 min cooldown is too long) or ignore it completely. Also, From the skill description it is not clear how long the effect will last, each point does not increase the skill duration by 1 second.
All other classes got buffed up, it seems as though we're the only class (along with druids and their energy issues) to have our skills nerfed in comparison to update 3.
So my question is, why did you nerf light heal when it was fine as it was, no one complained about it, and make rapid shot useless?
