What level are you?
If you are below the level of 50, I think you should just save up. Maybe buy a greater twinsoul

If you are 50-60, Then I recomend you save up because those are the levels you have to get past to start making alot of gold. But I would recommend a charm that the new boss phs drop.

60+, just save up all you can

Ultimately, You should go for a heroic amulet of rejuvenation

I am a lvl 45 right now and i camp in the catacombs make about 2k a day but i die after about 20 kills so i want a necklace to heal to make more money. I know the Lux shop necklace i want to know what other types of drop necklaces or quest necklaces are good?

Save save save. Heroic Rejuv Necklace is the way to go don't waste your money on anything else. However i would buy or find a greater twinsoul necklace they usually sell for 1k. I know its hard to save 200k but it can be done. Took me 5 months but i did it.

only took me about 2 months to save up about 120k on my newer ranger just starting from scratch so like he said it can be done

Just save up man and i recomment the golden quiver of reguvination over the heroic ammy cause then you can hae a new boss dropincreasing your pierce damage making you thatmuch better. And i think its cheaper.

Go for quivers that heal the extra damage will helP plus it gives some healing
