Personally what I use is: qs, sneaky, double, ss, pw, and rest of the points in expose. I don't like assassinate because of the 30% and I wanna use all my skills for locking. Depending on your server tho if lock battles aren't often then shouldnt be a problem. Also what skill you use depends on build. Not much use in double if your a dex build.

Level.1 rend is double attack without skill points...

considering rend can avoid and autos can miss id say that that is far from a double attack lol
