I am rogue Level 113 with a meteoric dagger, dagger of slaying, golden helm of severity and a haste ring,
I will have enough money, is it worth to buy the ne amulet who is worth 1milion?

The 750k haste ring is est rogue item in shop by far

No, the 100 poison dmg boost skill and 15% attack increase make it superior
Buy the ring and get an annhialation amulet at 150

Can the Spectral Talisman of Midnight be used WITH the Heroic Amulet of Rejuv or can you only have one or the other?

i am a 161 rogue who out dps's higher levels. get the ammy over haste ring or youre making a mistake. if you make enough again then get ring. amulet is best item in game right now

I dont understand this though. There is another neck slot for the toon. What is that used for?
