Higher attack you have, less auto attacks you'll miss. No attack does nothing to make your attacks faster...basically what attack does is make your autos more likely to hit. Who ever said 1000 attack increases your auto attack speed knows nothing about ch. The auto attack speed is bassed upon your weapon and if you have a haste ring. The speed cap is 1.1 seconds so that would be pointless to have it to wear 1000 attack increases auto speed by 1 second.
