I play mainly warrior but have a 212 rouge and from my experience I leveled very very well with a str mainly build,(Currently 55% Str, 15% dex, 30% Health) I kept my health up so I didn't get 1 shotted. Lots in str, and every now and then in dex. He has 1,000 energy sigils so he had no problem useing a golden blade of fire and heroic ammy from 1-150(this made him a little cheaper). Then I upgraded to my Stargem ammy and dagger of slaying and used them till 200. Now I use a skain damage set currently but you could get around very well buying a trailblazers falcon set (2015 Yule event set in bridge of despair) Also he uses runic rings of valor which boost str even more. As far as skills go out of tower he used Shadowstrike, lifesteal, sneeky attack, quickstrike, riposte. When I entered the tower I droped lifesteal and used asasinate, Reason being tower mobs have a greater resist to poison so lifesteal was not as effective. He has also always used dagger I prefer speed
