Not seeing the ping time in the lower right corner that I am accustom to during pre-update 4. I have checked in-game Options and can find no setting to turn this back on. Maybe I have missed something.
I have noticed it pops up when I bank and then it only stays up for a few seconds.
Has the ping time being displayed constantly been changed?
iPad - 1st generation
iOS - 5.1.1 (Apple reports, software is up to date for this device)

#2No, it's perfectly normal. When your ping time is constant and within a good level, it doesn't appear. However, once your ping time becomes too long and fluctuates, then it will appear until it returns back to normal. It is an intentional change.

#3A poor decision change IMO. It is one less tool a user has when providing details to a developer if they are experiencing play issues.It is an intentional change.
One more item I should submit to the Feedback and Suggestions board.
