This really frustrates me. I have tried to be supportive through all the update. To find out people were banned for an exploit that was encouraged by the game (i saw the message over and over to get free plat as i logged in) is ridiculous.
I personally do not have a banned account and I have not done any nativex offers, so i say this as a unbiased person who spend money on plat. What im pissed off about is that time and resources was spent this week on banning players that were acting within the realm of the games parameters when there is still a bunch of crap wrong with the game. I have numerous friends who cant play still on their iPhone 4 yet instead of focusing on taking care of players who pay money to play the company is addressing the freeloaders. Stupid business plan.
The reason i wandered over to the forums tonight is i just got kicked by a notification on my device for the eighth time today. This issue alone may cause me to quit. I use my device for business purposes and so I need to see the calendar notifications and if i have to chose between celtic heroes and work I will chose work.
To find out that instead of taking care of the issues that effect plat buyers they are addressing people that are playing for free. what. I am so close to calling the person at apple that has represented me in previous refunds on other games that were fraudulently charged to me and demand that the hundreds that I have spent on this game in the last year be refunded.

Spend time disabling accounts that aren't currently hurting the game when you have a broken game - just dumb.

Seriously from what we can see arjunlite has spent more time addressing issues than you have, and he's a player. Communicate to us tell us that you know what the problems are; list them all one by one, then give us a timeline in which you will fix them.
I oversee 80 employees at my business and when we make a mistake we communicate over and beyond for the client what is taking place and how we are fixing it and when they can expect things to be normal. And in most business we under promise and over deliver on time commitments. At this point i hope a manager is in an office somewhere sweating over whether or not he/she will have a job after this week.
The account is infact there property, so you cant make a complaint and get your account back if they just feel like they dont want too. However the money that you spent. If not being treated right should be
YOUR property. Im sure you have a chance on getting a refund if not a 100% chance.
