Account name is conflicted can’t lock in have really good characters I want to get back and keep playing on haven’t logged in a while but wanna start playing again my user name is I have an archer or a warrior and a roque maybe some other ones too but I just wanna be able to play on my account again pls help

Heya, sorry to hear that you are having this issue!

First off, I’d recommend editing your post to remove your username - that’s not something you want to share on a public forum!

Secondly, the only way to deconflict your account and let you log back in is to contact Support via email, at [email protected]. Include your account username there (not your password), and any info about the account that you can remember - character names, levels, servers, etc.

It may take a few days or even a week to hear back from them, they are quite behind right now, working through a large backlog of tickets. Be patient and they will respond though!
