Number value of. taunt skill

Does anyone know the value of taunt at any level per vit?
They only thing I can seem to see is from jewelry and armor that gives an increase to taunt. However there's not indication in game of how much my taunt skill generates argo outside of these items.
Anyone know any formulas or equations?
