Password problem

Hey my name is tal borerinov from belenus i have lvl 53 mage thet called TheKisser with almost full warden armour but brestplate and wand.
I changed my password something like 2 weeks ago but i forgot my new password and i also forgot my email password so i want to know if i can change my email to my new email: [email protected]
