wasted 100k because of patch today

I got the 300k book the day it came out and now with the patch released today that same book is only 200k I would like to be able to receive 100k because now everyone else can get it cheaper or mabey if you could refund all of old purchases and people could start over as if never had in first place because I am sure I will not be the only person to bring this topic to your attention

I know how you feel, ive lost 100k to nothing before and now my shield is worth 50k less. How do i get a refun? I know there is a way.

While playing the game, one of the options is support. Top left button. You can then write them an ingame message.
It took me 5 minutes for my refund, but some players take upto 24 hours.
Company is on GMT time so they may be sleeping when you first contact them.

Make sure you did not sell your stuff to other people. If you sold it to the shop the might be able to restore the item and then give a refund. But this takes longer so just don't sell items you want refund on!

All I wrote was
Dear support,
I bought xxxxxxxxx for xxxxxxxx gold and yyyyyyyyy for yyyyyyyyy gold.
I don't want them but am thinking of buying zzzzzzzzzzzz
Do you mind taking the items and refunding xxxxxxxxxx + yyyyyyyyyyyy gold so I can buy zzzzzzzzzzz
They will then refund you and you can do what you like with the money.
Should be all you need to say,
Tip, make it polite and say thanks and I'm sure they will respond quicker, I know I would.
