how to send a support ticket?
i have an emerald boar tusk from last update that i was gonna use for astral greaves
but the req changed to meteor crystal
voldemort said to send a support ticket but i have no idea how

go to meny, press at the support icon and make sure youve got a email registered, warning: support is kinda clairvoyant atm

Hi there, if you check the email you registered and click the link on the email, it will then be registered and you can then make support requests. If someone tries to change things on your account you will get an email so that is an extra security measure for you which is why it was added.

Well they suck at responding. Not to be rude but I sent 2 tickets last Tuesday, and 1 more on Wednesday, all about different issues, and still havent gotten a response, while 2 of my clannies got responses within 1 day of them sending a ticket.

I've sent a message to support almost 2 weeks ago on a character named tabetz from taranis regarding sigils. I haven't gotten a reply

Hi there, I've checked with support and this should be sorted soon. There is currently a backlog but the support requests are there and will be handled.
