hi! I have had a problem. I can not get meteoric dagger, though the level of fit. I can get a quest to gloves, but on the dagger I can not, though, and says that it is necessary to bring artifacts. But I dnt got this quest in quests list.Is this a glitch, or need to do something? I hope you can help. for those who do not understand there is a video. Also, ssory for my english

Its not a glitch or bug all the armour pieces u can get at the wardens but the dagger a highshore village talk with that man who sells bad swords he will talk to u

There is a blacksmith in highshore, talk to him.
